I Submitted an Incident Report and file a case against my former superior and team manager MR. D… I don’t want to mention his real name because to be honest “nasusuka” ako sa tuwing naaalala ko ang pangalan niya…

I’m not a belligerent type of person or I’m not that rude… Mahaba ang pasensya ko pero kapag naputol sumasabog talaga ako… I know my rights as a person, at kapag sinasamantala na ang kabaitan ko… I really lose my temper… At  Ipaglalaban ko talaga ang karapatan ko bilang tao…

MR. D I trusted you all this time… I always respect you as my superior. But I was so disappointed with your actions towards me… That is the main reason why I submitted an incident report to HR department…

I don’t want to ruin your reputation… But you deserve it…

The Incident Report is pertaining to your Unprofessional Behavior, Malicious Acts and Abuse of Power as my direct superior…

I was hired in this company January of this year 2009. I trusted the company because I am aware of the fact regarding the company’s reputation and stability… and it is also known as one of the Leaders and pioneer in our contact center Industry here in the Philippines.. I also know that this company has an excellent manpower service and management. I also have high expectations that the company will enhance my knowledge and skills and help me to be more succesful as a person.

But based on my experience as a CS Specialist under your supervision I was so disappointed.

I’ve worked in a contact center industry for almost 4 years… I’ve worked in Teleperformance before and I never experience this kind of treatment… Knowing the fact that your company is more Internationally Acclaimed than TP…

I’m not saying that I’m a very Intelligent person but I know that I’m doing good on the account…

Pero ano ang ginawa mo MR. D? Pinersonal mo ako… You can’t fool me I know that you have a hidden agenda… You are so angry at me because hindi ko pinatulan ang mga kalaswaan mo… First, I just want you to know Marangal ang trabahong pinasukan ko… At una sa lahat hindi madaling magpuyat araw-araw para mabuhay at kumita ng pera… hindi madali ang maging isang call center agent.. bugbog ang katawan mo sa pagod… nagkakasakit na nga ako… pero pumapasok pa rin ako sa trabaho ko…

I’m not a flirt type of person.. I’m doing my job in a professional way… At isa pa hindi ko ugali ang makipag-flirt while I’m doing my work.. I’m not like other girls that’s flirting with you just for them to have high stats…

You did not confirm me on the account dahil hindi ko pinatulan ang mga kalaswaan mo!! At dahil hindi kita Pinatulan!!!

I have Moral and Ethical values that my parents taught me since I was a child…

and MR. D “IM NOT FOR SALE!!!” I received Indecent Proposal before but nobody succeded… Hindi kailanman mapapantayan ng pera ang Moralidad ko at karangalan ko bilang tao.” MONEY CANNOT BUY EVERYTHING!”…

Right now I don’t know whom I’m going to trust anymore… I already talk to HR manager and to our account manager regarding this matter.. I expected a positive response from them  but I was wrong… You’re Lucky because the company is Covering Up for your Own mistakes…

If I’m going to file a case outside the company’s premises… the company itself will be Liable for your Unprofessional Behavior… At ang pangalan ng kumpanya ang nakasalalay dito.

If I only have the authority to decide… It’s pretty obvious that you deserve to be terminated or else marami ka pang mabibiktima..

It’s true that everywhere there’s Politics… and based on my experience Ma-Pulitika ang Kumpanya na ito… malapit na akong mawalan ng tiwala… Hindi napapakinggan ang Maliliit na boses….

Marumi… Walang Hustisya…

My conclusion is that MR.D you have a lot of connections in this company.. I saw you socializing and laughing with the President and Director of our account… That is the main reason that eventhough there is a lot of complain against you  they cannot remove and terminate you in the company…

I do beleive that Emotional Quotient is more important than Intellectual Quotient because eventhough You’re a very Intelligent person but if you don’t have the heart to respect other people and if you don’t have moral and ethical values Your Nothing…

It is your time now MR.D.. My case has been ignored by the company..

But I assure you I will also have my time…

The truth will always prevail…

JUSTICE WILL BE SERVED…

For the past few days… Im not in good shape… But I don’t have a choice… But to pretend that I’m Perfectly Okay… It’s True that Sometimes you need to be a good actress in order for you to survive…

So what happens?… Oh Well… I’ve been going to work although I’m not feeling well and I’m Sick… So what’s the result?… Terrible headache…. Backache … and slight fever with colds… while I’m Handling my calls… and worst… Billing Inquiries… Hello?… I hate Math!… and that’s the truth…

Honestly, I’m really tired going to work everyday just to survive…I need to work in order to live and I always want to be productive…But its also true that you cannot have everything in life…. Because God is Fair!….

Regarding my new team on the floor… Frankly speaking I really dont know most of them… kung bakit kasi… dun pa ako na-assign?… It’s not that I dont like them… but to be honest… I’m not comfortable working with some of them… Why?… e kung tignan kasi nila ako… mula ulo hanggang paa… feeling ko tuloy I’m an alien from outer space… Hello?… Tao rin po ako… pls stop staring at me guys.. Wish ko lang sana may maging ka-close na ako sa kanila… I’m really a friendly person kung alam lang nila… hindi lang obvious… How I wish may maka sabay na ako every break… bakit nga ba magkakaiba ang break namin?… e wer one team?… I really dont understand…

Second chances… I always have this… I always give people A second chance to prove themselves… minsan nga may 3rd…4th…5th… pa ako… ewan ko ba hindi naman sa sobrang bait ko… but I do believe that everybody deserves a second chance… like I’m so glad na friends na kami ulit nung taong naka-away ko… ayaw ko talaga ng may ka-away… I dont want to have enemies… pero minsan hindi mo talaga maiiwasan yun… I’m just the type of person na hindi nagtatanim ng galit sa kapwa ko… I Forgive People Easily… yeah.. its the truth I’m really like that… I dont know If its good or bad… but Im just being true to myself..

Oh before I forget I have shift pa pala tonight… wish ko lang I’m not gonna handle billing inquiries tonight… or else I’m gonns freak out quietly sa station ko… bakit nga ba lagi na lang ako tired sa work?… probably because there’s something missing?… People who motivates and support me?… An Inspiration?… I’m still waiting for One…. Iba pa rin talaga ang may Inspiration while working… ngayon ko lang napatunayan… kasi wala Ako nun sa ngayon…

I have so many things to say and write about but so little time…

My Boss Geeeeeeh!… I Trust You… I Have Faith in You… and these words are true… when I say something… I mean it!.. I’m sure about it!.. I Sincerely do!…

Do you have any idea what I’m going through right now?… are you pretending to be insensitive?… I have Faith in you because you’ve gain my trust!… and now I’m deeply hurt because it seems like you don’t care about my feelings anymore…

Suddenly you’ve changed a lot… and I don’t have any idea what’s the reason behind it… Did I hurt you?… Have I done something wrong?… I just hope we can talk about it… but I don’t think it’s possible… because you’re a very busy person… and it seems like you’re ignoring me for the past few days… I don’t know what to do anymore…I just want to simply run away!!!… but its not that easy…

Boss… Boss… Boss… you’re acting really strange for the past few days!… And I’m gonna freak out na talaga!… I know you… the first time that we met I know that you are a good person… that’s the reason why everytime I have problems… you’re the only person that I’m asking for help…

It’s very obvious that everytime I’m having problems I Run to You!… Simply because I Trust You and I have Faith In you… but lately… you’re acting strange… I just want to know why?…

I’m so Sad right now because you’ve changed a lot!… I still rememeber all of the things that you’ve said the first time that you’ve become my mentor… So I’m saying it right now… magalit ka na sa akin ng bonggang bonnga!… I respect you for that… pero gusto ko lang iparating sayo na hindi masama ang magsalita ng patapos!… kung kaya mong panindigan!… You’re still a Man!… at hindi mo matatakasan yun… When you say something!… Do It!… I know you can because you’re a very Intelligent person… Nasaan na ang Isa mong Salita?… wala akong nakikita… If your going to get angry with me because I’m saying all of this things… wala ako magagawa… dito ko na lang ibubuhos ang lahat ng sama ng loob ko…

Hindi ko nakakalimutan ang lahat ng mga sinabi mo… detalyado lahat yun… I don’t want to get angry with you because I respect you boss… I’m just sad because I can see a lot of changes in you…

You’re letting Go… nararamdaman ko na nawawala na ang dating ikaw… at hindi ko alam kung bakit?… I’m just going to guess!… Naiinis ka na sa pagiging makulit ko sa mga tanong ko?… Nagsasawa ka na sa pagmumukha ko?… Naiirita ka na sa mga txt at tawag ko kapag may problems ako?… If I only have a choice i’ll not bother you anymore… minsan nga naiisip ko na lang baka nga yun ang gusto mong mangyari ang maglaho na ko sa paningin mo… I’M VERY SORRY IF IM SAYING ALL OF THIS THINGS… I’m just being honest…

For the past few months I started working in a new company… new environment… new faces… new people… and I came to a point that somehow… I realize a lot of things…

I realize that Our Society can be a little bit Constraining and there’s a lot of Conformity… I realize that it’s Okay to be different… To do your own thing… and if people Criticize you… It’s normal… for as long as you know that your doing the right thing and your not hurting anybody… You’ll do fine…

the only thing that never change is that some people still calls me “BABY’… before I find it sweet but lately… I realize that its not sweet anymore… because there are some people who took advantage of my sweetness and innocence… duh!… I’m born to be sweet and caring to all my friends… so what?… I’m just being true to myself… I’m happy with myself… and I’m so grateful with all my blessings… I realize that this time I need to be more careful in dealing with the people around me…

I realize that there are some things in my life that I need to do… not because I’m happy doing that thing… or I want to do it… Its so sad that sometimes we just need to do a certain thing in our lives… because we’re just bound to do it… but that is not exactly what we want to do… We just have to do it… Simply because it is the riight thing to do… Eventhough you’re sacrificing your own happiness… and it hurts you a lot… You don’t have a choice but to do it… Because that is the best thing to do it…

We meet different people in our lives everyday… we deal with them and we interact with them… we are learning something from them… people just come and go… they come into our lives for a purpose and a reason… and sometimes they just automatically dissapears in our life… that’s reality!… and that’s life!…

I realize that when you Lose an Important Thing or An Important Person in your Life… There will always be a reason behind it… but I realize that everytime somebody goes out of your life… there will always be an Open door for great new opportunities… there will always be a better person and a great gift for you..

You just have to wait…

And Embrace the moment when you get there…

The first month… January of 2009 has been very kind to me… I am so grateful with all my blessings!… And I’m loving my life now…

Thank you so much My Heavenly Father, My Saviour Jesus Christ for showering me all your blessings … And for loving me unconditionally… You are the center of my life… And the center of my Universe…

I have lots Of Dreams and Wishes that I want to achieve In My Life right now… If I’m going to Write It All… It will Definitely be A Book Without An Ending… So The Best Way For Me To Do Is To Put It In My Heart!…

Eight days to go before Christmas!… I can feel the Christmas Spirit!… Cold breeze… Christmas carols… Crowded places…

Christmas will always be my favorite time of the year… I really love the christmas scene!… I love christmas balls!… fave shape ko kasi ang bilog!… hehehe… kaya naaaliw talaga ako kapag nakakakita ako ng x-mas balls! I really dont understand myself pero mababaw lang talaga ang kaligayahan ko… madali lang ako mapatawa… pero madali rin akong paiyakin kasi mababaw ang luha ko… its so funny nga eh… kaya siguro ang tawag sa akin sa work ng mga co-workers ko is “BABY N”… N short for Noreen… hay naku… ewan ko ba bakit nila ako tnatawag na Baby sa work… kaya tuloy i’ve always been misunderstood na childish ako… Honestly, gusto ko rin naman na tinatawag akong Baby… that is so sweet… take note… hindi na ako childish ngayon… slight na lang po… eh kasi naman lumaki ako na sobrang pampered… first child kasi ako at unang apo… I admit na-spoiled ako ng Lola ko nung bata ako… kaya medyo may pagka-maldita ako… hahaha! that’s true… pero ngayon im learning to change na… I realized na I should also be serious na rin naman with my life…

I miss my Parents!… It’s been two years na pala since hindi ko sila nakasama sa bahay… I’m renting an apartment with my Tita here in Proj. 8 Qc… Hay naku I’ll make sure na kasama ko sila this christmas!… But the good thing about not living with my parents is I learned to be Independent and do my own things… wash my clothes… cook my own food… na-miss ko yung nilulutuan ako ni mama ng “GULAY BISAYA” my mama is a cebuana kasi eh… kaya marami siya alam na luto ng mga bisaya… I miss my relatives in Cebu… Sana makapag bakasyon kami this May sa Cebu… Fiesta ng Cebu!…

Christmas is near! and I’m having this “Christmas rush syndrome”… Ewan ko ba nagpa-panic na naman ako at natataranta kung ano ang first priority ko this christmas… Of course problem ko talaga ang mga pang regalo ko sa ina-anak ko… at kung sino-sinu pang dapat kong bigyan ng regalo ngayong pasko… I’m so busy right now… kaya ang hirap isingit ng mga personal appointments ko… balak ko magpunta ng Divisoria kasi marami daw mura dun… hello?… good luck naman sa sobrang crowded ng place dun… sa greenhills kaya?… marami good buys sa tiangge sa greenhills… dapat siguro maghanap ako ng place na pwedeng mag shopping ng pang regalo malapit dito sa Proj.8… para matipid sa transpo.. maraming naghihirap ngayon sa Pilipinas kaya as much as possible ayokong gumastos ng sobrang mahal… naks! noreen ikaw ba yan… hahaha! ang aga namang new year resolution yan… ang matutong magtipid at mag save para sa future…

Ang hirap talaga mag commute kapag papalapit ang pasko… like for instance lage akong sumasakay ng mrt para maka-iwas sa traffic… My gosh! I had this one incident while nasa MRT STATION ako… grabe!!! parang palengke ang mrt station sa dami ng taong nagsisiksikan… nag-uunahan makasakay ng train… pinipigil ko na lang ang tawa ko kapag nagsisigawan ang mga pasahero ng mrt… dahil “Bonggang tulakan talaga!”… nagkapasa pa nga ako sa braso dahil sa tulakan sa mrt!… at nung nakapasok na rin ako sa wakas sa mrt… para kaming sardinas sa loob… naghalo-halo na ang lahat ng amoy ng Pabango at Pawis sa loob ng train… Buti na lang Allergic ako sa Perfume… I dont wear Perfume allergic ako… I’m just using Mild Scented Baby Cologne… kung nagkataon na nagpapabango ako at nasa loob ka ng mrt train ang panget ng combination ng pinaghalong pawis at pabango!… hahaha! Thank God! allergic ako sa perfume at hanggang Baby Cologne lang ako…

Lately I have weird encounters… ewan ko ba kung kelan magpapasko… ang dami nangyayari sa akin… like napansin ko everytime lumalabas ako ng apartment sa Insurance St… In Proj.8… may nagmamasid sa akin sa street namin… scary talaga… one time nga naglalakad ako sa street namin… I was on my way to work… may nag stop na car sa harap ko at biglang nagtanong kung saan daw papalabas ng proj.8?… tas sinabi ko naman yung direction… tas yung lalake na nagmamaneho ng kotse gusto pa akong isakay sa kotse nya at ihahatid daw nya ako sa pupuntahan ko!… hello?… tama ba naman yun?… I’m sorry I dont entertain strangers!… muntik na akong mapahamak kung nagkataon Thanks to My Angel!… because I have Presence of mind… mahirap na magtiwala sa hindi kakilala…

And then, may na add pa na isang problem… Im using Smart and Globe number kasi… pero I stopped using na my Smart Number kasi naman po sobrang dami ng nagte-txt sa akin na hindi ko kakilala… My Gosh! patahimikin nyo naman ako!… I only give my celfone number to my close friends and relatives… so how did yah get my number guys?… because of that I stopped using na my Smart number…

Yesterday I was in Starbucks Araneta with my bestfriend… While we are enjoying our Starbucks Coffee while having a conversation… I received another text message!… and take note bisaya pa yung msg!.. how did that person know na nakakaintindi ako ng bisaya?… at marunong din ako magsalita at magsulat ng bisaya… sori hindi mo ko maloloko kung sino ka man.. I thought kapag hindi ko na ginamit ang smart ko… matatahimik na ang fone ko sa mga txt msgs from pipol I really dont know…. Unfamiliar names… and when I ask them… Where did yah get my number?… hindi naman sumasagot… Im using My Globe number now… so pls I dont entertain strangers!… kung gusto nyo ako makilala… just approach me properly… baka maging friend ko pa kayo!…

Oh well, all I can say right now is I love Starbucks Coffee… Hindi talaga nagbabago ang sarap ng Starbucks Coffee thru the years!… ang hirap pagsawaan… sabayan ko pa ng favorite kong Chocolate!… Kahit papano na-alis saglit ang mga problema ko sa Buhay!…

MERRY CHRISTMAS!…

Last night is a Disaster!… A total Mess!… I’ve never imagined myself in that situation… Probably if I’m not that Strong I’m gonna freak out na talaga…

For the past few weeks, I can’t remember a single day na nakatulog ako ng mahimbing… Of course I get used to sleeping na sa umaga because of the nature of my job… But the real thing is hindi talaga ako makatulog ng mahimbing at maayos sa sobrang dami ng gumugulo sa isipan ko… Yeah, I admit I have so many problems ryt now… of course, hindi naman talaga mawawala ang problema kakambal na siya sa buhay ng tao… What I’m trying to say is I guess, I’m experiencing one of the major problems in my life ryt now…

Grabe nga eh!!!… parang nagka sunod sunod lahat ng problema ko… magpa-pasko pa naman…. huhuhu…. Sometimes, gusto ko na lang maglaho sa mundo para matapos na lahat ng problema ko. (Knock on Wood)… Don’t get me wrong hindi ko naman balak mag suicide… I’m not that Crazy!…. siguro nasabi ko na lang ang mawala sa mundo sa dami ng problema ko…

As usual, lagi ko naman talaga problema ang Pamilya ko, Trabaho ko at hinding hindi talaga nawawala ang problema ko sa Love Life ko… That’s True… nakakatawa mang isipin pero I’m really the type of person na sobrang affected kapag lovelife na ang pinag uusapan… Anong magagawa ko? Ganito talaga ako magmahal… ” WALANG PERFECT LIFE” AT WALANG PERFECT NA TAO… at kung talagang itinadhana na lagi na lang ako nasasaktan ng taong minamahal ko … wala ako magagawa… “WALANG PERPEKTONG BUHAY”… wala naman sigurong masama kung umiyak ako tao lang po…

I admit my mistakes… pero hindi lahat ng mali ay nasa akin… one of my failures in my life ryt now is mawalan ng taong minamahal… masyadong malalim na at mahaba na ang pinagsamahan natin… at hindi ganun kadali for me ang kalimutan at itapon ang lahat ng yun… Sa ayaw at sa gusto mo… Naging malaking bahagi ka na ng buhay ko… And the hardest part is nasira ang lahat ng dreams and plans natin together… Minsan nga naisip ko hindi na lang tayo nag plano para hindi maudlot…

We have lots of plans na… You told me… I’m not getting any younger anymore… alam ko naman yun hindi mo na kailangan sabihin… We planned everything togeteher… Garden Wedding… pati nga pangalan ng baby meron na… kahit wala pa… At sa isang iglap naglaho lahat ng plano natin… at yun ang pinaka masakit dun…

At ang masakit sa lahat ang makita kang parang hindi ka apektado sa nangyari sa atin… Parang balewala lang sayo… o baka naman ur just being Defensive?… at itinatago mo lang sa sarili mo… At sobra akong nasasaktan sa tuwing pinapamukha mo sa akin na maraming babae sa mundo ang pwede mong ipalit sa akin… Alam ko naman yun… Marami kang babae na pwedeng ipalit sa akin… Pero hindi nila mapapantayan ang pagmamahal ko sayo…

It’s normal na kapag may nawala… ay may dumarating… Ang ikinalulungkot ko lang bakit madali para sayo ang kalimutan ang lahat?… Minahal mo ba talaga ako?… o inisip ko lang na mahal mo nga ako… ayokong husgahan ka… I don’t want to get angry with you… And I’ll respect whatever decisions u have… At kung hindi na ako kasama sa mga plano mo… wala akong magagawa… It’s ur decision and I respect that…

Gusto ko lang ipa-alam na sobra akong nalungkot sa lahat ng nangyari sa atin… at pati ang trabaho ko apektado… pero hindi kita sinisisi sa lahat ng nangyari sa akin ngayon… Dahil Buhay ko ito… But you cannot Escape the fact na ikaw ang isa sa mga dahilan kung bakit ako nagkakaganito… Wala nga talagang perpektong buhay sa mundo… At walang perpektong tao… lahat tayo nagkakamali at nadadapa… pero may pag-asa na makabangon at magkaroon ng maganda at maayos na kahihinatnan…

My only Wish this Christmas is to have Love, Peace and Happiness… At Sana Hindi Na Ako Maging Malungkot…

At last… mapapanood ko na rin ang All Time favorite ko na JAMES BOND FILM… Ewan ko ba adik talaga ako sa pelikula lalo na kapag ang paborito kong James Bond films ang showing… hindi ko talaga palalagpasin ito… Naaalala ko tuloy dati rati kahit ako lang mag-isa ang manood sa sinehan mapanood ko lang ang lahat ng James Bond films ay nagagawa ko talaga hehehe..:) Carry ng Lola mo! ang manood mag-isa sa sinehan… OO nga pala ngayon ang showing ng Quantum… Syempre ready na ko magpunta sa sinehan later… kahit kakagaling ko lang sa shift ko kagabi… at bugbog na naman ang katawan ko sa trabaho… at kahit na pagod na pagod ako…. manonood talaga ako promise.. mahirap talaga ang magtrabaho sa call center hindi biro… pero ito ang buhay ko sa ngayon at kailangan kong mahalin ang trabaho ko… pero alam ko na maraming pagbabago sa hinaharap at kung anu man yun sana ay lagi akong handa… Ang buhay ko parang pelikula punong puno ng aksyon at drama… Pero sa ngayon ako muna ang bida… Salamat Sa’yo At sasamahan mo akong manood ng paborito kong James Bond Film… Alam mo na Kung sino ka… Ako muna ang bida ngayon… Libre ang mangarap at isa sa mga pangarap ko ay maging leading lady sa isa sa mga James Bond Films… Pagbigyan nyo na ako pangarap lang naman yun… Pero sa ngayon masaya ako dahil mapapanood ko na ang paborito kong si James Bond… Pero Higit sa lahat masaya ako dahil Ikaw ang Kasama ko!!!
